These terms are an agreement between you and [TRADING NAME] ("we", "us"), the operator of this website. By creating an account or using the site you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a pass. We may close accounts we believe belong to someone younger.
Each person gets one free practice test in their chosen stream: Module 1 of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, each once. Creating extra accounts to get more free tests is not allowed.
Band scores and feedback on this site are produced automatically, by answer keys (Listening and Reading) and by artificial intelligence (Writing and Speaking). They are estimates to help you practise. They are not official IELTS scores, cannot be used as proof of your English level, and do not guarantee any result in the real test. AI can make mistakes, so use the feedback as guidance, not as a final judgement.
You agree not to:
If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. If we close it for a serious or repeated breach, we may not refund your pass, unless the law says otherwise.
All tests, passages, recordings, questions and explanations on this site are our own original practice material, protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal practice only. Your essays and answers remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them to mark them and give you feedback.
IELTS is a trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. This site is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by them, and does not use their logos. All practice material is our own.
The tests here follow the published format of the IELTS test so that you can practise, but they are not real IELTS tests and are not set or marked by IELTS examiners.
We work to keep the site running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update the site and these terms. If a change to these terms affects you significantly, we will tell you in advance by email or on the site. If you don't accept the change, you can stop using the site and ask for a refund of the unused part of your pass.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as a missed visa, job or university place) and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada. If you live in the EU, UK or another country whose laws give you the right to bring a claim in your own courts or under your own consumer law, you keep that right. Please contact us first at [email protected] - most problems can be sorted out quickly.
