Refund Policy

Last updated: [DATE]

Draft for review - not yet final and not legal advice. Highlighted items in [brackets] still need the owner's details.
In short: full refund within 14 days of buying your pass, as long as you haven't submitted any paid module yet.

1. 14-day refund

You can get a full refund of your 1 year pass if you ask within 14 days of buying it and you have not yet submitted any paid module. Opening or starting a paid module without submitting it does not count. The free test (Module 1) never counts.

Once you have submitted a paid module, the pass has been used and is not refundable, except where the law requires it or as described below.

2. Problems on our side

If something on our side stops you from using your pass (for example the site is unavailable for a long time, or marking keeps failing and we can't fix it), contact us and we will fix it, extend your pass, or give a full or partial refund.

3. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the refund option in your receipt email from Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days, and are processed by Paddle. Your pass ends when the refund is made.

4. Customers in the EU and UK: right of withdrawal

By law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because the pass gives you immediate access, we ask for your agreement at checkout that access starts straight away. Our refund rule above is at least as generous as this: you keep the full 14-day refund until you submit your first paid module.

Wording shown at checkout (a box the buyer must tick):

I want access to start immediately. I understand that I can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days, but that I lose this right once I submit my first paid module.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank - we can usually sort it out faster. Access is suspended while a chargeback is open.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
